About Neil
After graduating in Sports Science, Neil spent several years as a teacher before moving into the Social Care sector, setting up his own children’s care home company in the North West. After being approached in helping other providers set up and staff new homes, Neil & Scott set up Linkwise Recruitment to make sure that the right staff with the right qualifications were attracted to the industry in providing quality care to young people.
