Deputy Manager
Assists the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home. Provides staff supervision, supports compliance with regulations, and ensures high standards of care. Plays a key role in safeguarding, audits, and managing referrals, as well as stepping in as acting manager when necessary.
