Registered Manager
Has overall responsibility for the running of the children’s home. Ensures the home meets all legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Manages budgets, staffing, compliance with Ofsted requirements, and leads on safeguarding, development plans, and promoting positive outcomes for children.
